What to know before you sign up
Please read the follow information prior to signing up for a Class D Skills Test. once you are done, please click the next button to proceed to signing up. Clicking next confirms you have read the requirements.

1 - **Arrive 10 minutes early - If you arrive late, you may need to reschedule your test.
2 - Cost: $28.50 cash only - Skills Test Examiner Fee. Please note - the examiner won't be able to make change and collects the fee before we can start. This is state mandated and regulated.
3 - We use your vehicle for testing.
4 - Required Documents to bring with you
PROOF OF IDENTITY (PHOTO) - any state issued driver's license, permit, ID card, student ID, passport, military or etc or skills test receipt. You MUST have one in your possession.
PERMISSION TO USE THE VEHICLE - Verbal (if the registered owner is present) OR if vehicle owner is not present WRITTEN permission provided, (handwritten or typed note presented to examiner at the test, a digital copy will not be accepted)
VEHICLE INSURANCE: (not expired) Proof of valid insurance (digital or hardcopy)
VEHICLE REGISTRATION: (not expired) Proof of valid signed registration in the vehicle (original hardcopy, no receipts)
**Parents, Please try to remember this is your child's test. As much as we appreciate you trying to help them, they should be able to communicate and find all the required information above.
When you arrive, Please come find me, I do not know what car you are in. (refer to your email that will be sent after you sign up). I am usually in a Blue/Black Hyundai Palisade, sometimes (not often) in a Black Ford F250 pickup.
